General Information Only
Website content, market news, education resources, calculators, commentary and property information are provided for general informational purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, mortgage, appraisal, engineering, inspection, investment or other professional advice. Obtain appropriate independent advice before making a material decision.
No Agency Relationship From Website Use
Browsing the website, submitting a general inquiry or reading educational material does not by itself create a buyer-representation, seller-representation, property-management or other agency agreement. Any professional relationship is governed by the applicable written agreements and brokerage requirements.
Ghassan Ashag CRM
Ghassan Ashag CRM is a private business workspace for authorized users. Users must not attempt to access accounts, records or connected services they are not permitted to use. CRM information and automation results should be reviewed before being relied on for financial, legal, contractual or client-facing decisions.
Connected Google Services
Google integrations are optional and require the Google Account holder's authorization. Connected features may include Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Gmail and Tasks. Users are responsible for confirming that the Google Account they connect is appropriate for the business records and workflows they choose to synchronize. The CRM will use Google access only for the features described on the CRM information page and in the Privacy Policy.
Automation and Matching Results
Automated classifications, synchronization, rent-payment matches, document reviews and AI-assisted outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Users should review important results and supporting records before posting payments, changing records, sending communications or making material decisions.
MLS® and Third-Party Listing Information
Listing information shown through the WECAR Matrix MLS® IDX experience is supplied through third-party and board systems. Information is deemed reliable but should be independently verified and may change without notice.
External Services
The website and CRM may link to or integrate with external services including WECAR Matrix, Google services, Supabase, Netlify, payment providers, maps, calendars, communication tools and AI-processing services. Their availability and operation can depend on their own terms, policies, APIs and service status.
Intellectual Property
Original website copy, layout, branding and educational material may not be republished commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks, listing data, images and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.
No Solicitation of Represented Parties
This website is not intended to solicit buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants or other parties who are already under an active representation or service agreement with another real-estate brokerage or professional.
