Ghassan Ashag CRM

Ghassan Ashag CRM is a private business operations workspace used to organize real-estate contacts and transactions, property-management workflows, short-term-rental operations, appointments, documents, tasks, leads and related client service activity.

The CRM is not a public social platform. Access is limited to authorized users. Google connections are optional and are initiated only when a user chooses to connect a Google Account and approves the requested permissions.

What the CRM Does

Optional Google Integrations

When an authorized user connects Google, the CRM requests Google permissions only to provide user-facing CRM features. The currently supported integrations include:

• Google Calendar: create, update, delete and synchronize CRM appointments and calendar events with the connected user's calendar.
• Google Drive: create and organize CRM folders/files and, when the user requests a document review or retrieval workflow, read permitted Drive content needed for that feature.
• Google Contacts: import, update and synchronize contact information between the CRM and the connected Google Account.
• Google Tasks: synchronize CRM task information when the user runs the supported task-sync workflow.
• Gmail: send email only when the user initiates an email action in the CRM, and read authorized mailbox data for user-facing workflows such as CRM lead processing and rent-payment reconciliation.

Gmail Rent-Payment Reconciliation

For an authorized self-managed property-management user who explicitly connects Gmail, the rent-payment automation uses read-only Gmail access to search for payment-notification messages relevant to Interac/e-Transfer rent payments. The service processes message headers and body text to identify items such as the payer, payment amount, payment date and potential lease/rent-charge match.

The rent-payment workflow does not use Gmail read access to send, modify or delete messages. Full email bodies are processed for matching and are not stored as full message bodies by this feature. The CRM may retain limited audit/matching information such as Gmail message and thread identifiers, payment date and amount, payer information, a short subject preview, match confidence and processing status. OAuth refresh credentials are stored server-side and protected; disconnecting Gmail revokes the connection and removes the stored refresh credential from the connection record.

How Google User Data Is Used

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the specific CRM features the user requested. Ghassan Ashag CRM does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or advertising models.

When a user explicitly requests an AI-assisted document-review feature, the selected document content may be processed by the configured AI service only to return the requested review to that user. Google user data is not transferred for unrelated advertising or generalized model-training purposes.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
